If you previously had an account with us (on our old site), and your credentials no longer work, you can:

  • Create a new account. We'll link the two accounts so you can get correct pricing, etc.
  • Give us a call or send an email to customerservice@skandacor.com. We'll work our magic and send you a login link!

Check out these quick troubleshooting steps:

  1. Are you in Canada? For now our Canadian customers aren't able to use skandacor.com for ordering. Please visit skandacor.ca to place your order.
  2. Did you get a payment error? You can:
    1. Double check that your billing address matches the billing address on the credit card you're using.
    2. Call us with your payment details and we'll process your order for you. 

If you're an existing customer who's created a new account, chances are that you won't be able to order on account or at your special pricing. Please give us a call or send us an email at customerservice@skandacor.com and we'll resolve the issue for you.
