The HD7000, designed for ease-of-use, is an electric table-top punch offering fast, efficient setup with easy pin pulls, pre-set paper stop positions and quick change dies. The patented quick change die system allows for swapping punch patterns in 30 seconds - no tools required and nothing to misplace. It has more than 20 interchangeable die options available in 12 standard hole patterns including plastic coil, plastic comb, double-loop wire, and three-hole punching. Other features include a simple paper to pin sight alignment for balanced hole to edge margins on odd-sized applications, overload detection which triggers an auto-reverse function to reduce jamming in the punch, as well as standard foot pedal control (versa and palm switch are optional). The HD7000 is rated for up to 40 sheets of 20lb paper and has a 14" open-ended punching length for wider applications. Although the number of sheets will depend on the paper weight and punch pattern used, with these high-capacity punching capabilities, the HD7700 is ideal for mid-volume commercial and corporate use.
