LAMpro Jaguar D30 Duplex High Speed Hot Roll Laminator

The LAMpro Jaguar D30 is a versatile duplex hot roll laminator perfect for both high-volume and short-run lamination tasks. This easy-to-operate laminator features a side-lay registration table, for precise feeding. Film is easily loaded from the operator side of the machine, allowing easy access to the mandrels. Each mandrel is also equipped with air shafts for quick film change-overs. The Jaguar features preheat rollers as well as a heated nip roller system, providing increased adhesion to digital prints. It gets up to temperature in 10 minutes or less and can operate at speeds up to 49 feet/minute*. Side slitters trim excess material from the sides of the sheets, with integrated slit /scrap take-up reels, and six banks of cooling fans provide tremendous cooling capability to the laminated web before slitting/cutting.
