408A Automatic Programmable Tabletop Folder

The 408A desktop folder is an automatic 2 roller friction feed system. It comes pre-programmed with 18 standard folds and stores up to 12 custom folds in memory. It has a color LED touch screen control panel which includes 4 digit addition and subtraction digital counter. The test button folds 2 sheets for inspection prior to running the entire batch. The 408A folder automatically senses and displays paper size. An extended exit tray provides for neat stacking of folded sheets and the automatic conveyor ensures smooth ejection of folded paper. The single sheet feeding is automatically maintained for different weights of paper. It comes with an auxiliary paper guide for cross folding. In case of incorrect operation, there is an audible signal and a display alert. The fully enclosed fold tables make for quiet operation. It comes with skew and micro-adjustment dials. The 408A has a quick release roller system for easy maintenance. Optional scoring, micro-perforating and slitting units.
